About PR 101 Radio’s Blog
Inevitably, there is only so much great information we can cover in an hour-long weekly program. So, the PR 101 Radio Blog is a great place for me to provide additional insight into topics we cover on the air, and to have listener questions answered that we didn’t have time to get to on the airwaves.
You’ll also find our Marketing Tip-of-the-Week and PR Tips-of-the-Week posted here just in case you missed those segments of the show. I’ll also provide other PR advice that is unique to the blog and NOT shared on the air. So check back often for great ideas Tips & Tricks, and don’t hesitate to email in a question or comment for me or one of our expert guests.
Turn me on…..Wednesdays 12-1pm PST on wsradio.com,

Erika,
Just found your site/station this is really great for small business owners (I also own a small business on the side). At TDS we have some great tips for people looking to use technology to make themselves act and feel like a company that’s much bigger. For instance we have a product called ManagedIP that would be a huge benefit to anyone who’s out of the physical office alot. Our products at TDS are not available to everyone of your listeners, but they certainly could ask thier local telecom companies for similar products.
I’ll cut to the chase. Do you accept PR pitches or do we need to sponsor? How does your system work?
DeAnne Boegli, TDS PR- Madison Wisconsin
Thanks DeAnne
October 6th, 2008 at 11:49 amHi DeAnne,
We have 2 opportunities on PR 101 Radio: Traditional paid advertising, and complimentary guest expert spots where people who have expertise in the areas of PR, Marketing or Advertising can share their insight. We have 2 guest experts on each show, and it sounds like your tips for small business about how they can maximize technology and make themselves look bigger would be a perfect match for PR 101 Radio: Marketing Advice for Small Business.
The best contact is my Producer, Kyle Weaver, who handles all guest bookings. He can be reached at kyle@PR101radio.com.
Thanks for your interest!
Cheers,
